Benefits of drinking luke warm lemon water every morning

Most of us start our mornings with a fresh, hot cup of coffee or tea to warm our bodies after getting out of bed. Some of us may drink water but they prefer cold water, we all have it wrong.

Choices that you make regarding your daily routine either build up resistance to disease or tear it down.

Regularly drinking luke warm water especially in the morning heals our body, provises digestive power and reduces metabolic waste which might have built up in our immune system.

The consumption of warm water increases the tightening of the intestines, which optimizes elimination.Unlike hot water, processed cold water is devoid of many essential minerals that could become very unfavorable to the digestive tract when consuming a meal.

Adding lemon to luke warm water is very good option as there are many health benefits of lemons. The two major benefits are lemons’ strong antibacterial, anti-viral, and immune-boosting powers and their use as a weight loss aid because lemon juice is a digestive aid and liver cleanser. Lemons contain many substances notably citric acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, bioflavonoids, pectin, and limonene that promote immunity and fight infection.

How to do drink it : Once you wake up in the morning get fresh and take a glass of luke warm water, squeeze one lemon organic is possible into one glass of water and drink it before eating anything else. Do not add salt or sugar. For taste you have an option of adding honey to it.

Helps in digestion- Lemon juice flushes out unwanted materials and toxins from the body. It’s atomic composition is similar to saliva and the hydrochloric acid of digestive juices. It encourages the liver to produce bile which is an acid that is required for digestion. Lemon Juice helps to relieve symptoms of indigestion eg, belching and bloating.

Cleans your system:- It supports to flush out unwanted materials from our body because lemon increases the rate of urination in the body. Cirtic acid present in lemon helps emzymes function and stimulate the liver and gain in detoxification.

Clear Skin– The vitamin C component as well as other antioxidants helps decrease wrinkles and blemishes and it helps to combat free radical damage. Vitamin C is vital for healthy glowing skin while its alkaline nature kills some types of bacteria known to cause acne. It can actually be applied directly to scars or age spots to help reduce their appearance.

Hence having a glass of luke warm water with lemon added to it gives multiple benefits to our body. So what are you waiting for if you have never tried it start now.. its never too late.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the informative article. I wanted to know if we can have a cup of green tea first thing in the morning by adding lemon to it? Would this have similar result on our body as having luke warm water with lemon?

    I have been drinking ginger lemon tea for 2 weeks from now. I have noticed I no longer feel full stomach; and my knees which were sore, feel so much better.
