I think 100 steps will be not adequate .You will need 20 to 30 minutes walk after dinner to have significant relief from whatever digestive issues you are suffering from.

I’ve been walking & that really helps even for getting good sleep. However i feel 45 minutes of normal walk is really good. Never stopped at 100 steps. I will give it a try for sure. Good guidance.
