Papaya enzymes are imperative for motivation if you have enough dopamine in your brain but it’s not getting in-between your nerve synapsis then papaya is the only thing that can act as a carrier for it..just chew 4 tablets ever 5 hours you need it…I can’t get out of bed without it and it’s seriously changed my life. As well as chromium picolinate for boosting seritonin ??

I love eating papaya… in our house, we have a rule of consuming papaya first thing in the morning. We try to do it like 3 times a week at least
