Besides the health benefits, the tea has a nice flavor. I don’t add anythng to the tea but I’m thinking about adding a half of fresh lemon the next time I have it.

I add that chamomile is generally considered a safe herb for anyone, including during pregnancy, but in very rare cases it can cause an allergic reaction

I recently bought Camomile Tea bags. I wasn’t aware that it is not taken when we are expecting to get pregnant. Can you please also advise do I consume any other green tea during this time when I want to get pregnant?
