In some cases, it’s more and sometimes less.
How do you know whether your product is warranted? What is the validity?
It’s usually mentioned on the product page. Or, if you have purchased it from a re-seller, all warranted products contain warranty
information inside. You will find this in your User’s Manual or on a separate Warranty Card enclosed or just printed on the packing.

Warranties are simple to avail. Records of purchases made directly via GOQii. inc (this website), are maintained in your purchase history and there is no separate documentation required to claim your warranty. Purchases made via our resellers require an invoice as proof of purchase, issued at the time of purchase. Simple though, just drop us a line and we shall sort it out for you.
We check every product physically before shipping it. We specially pack and mark boxes when required, to ensure your product reaches you well. Occasionally, during carrier and handling mishaps some products may be damaged in transit. GOQii. inc holds complete liability under such circumstances. Should an unfortunate event of this sort occur, please follow the below procedure:-
Send us product images to support your damage claims if possible via email to:- connect@goqii.. This will speed up the process and we can take the matter up with our delivery agent.
If you feel your package has been tampered with, please do not open it and return it back to us via the same delivery agent.
Under these circumstances, GOQii bears all return shipping charges (for items shipped within India).
All claims must be made within 7 days from receiving of your product.

All customers are responsible to pay shipping charges on returned products, unless if received in a damaged condition.
