Srinivasan (Srini) is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience with reputed corporates. His last assignment was as the CFO of Bharti AXA Life Insurance in Mumbai. Over the years, Srini has gained in depth understanding of profitability and growth drivers and has extensively worked on Financial Planning and data analysis. During his tenure with Life Insurance industry, he was member of several committees of IRDA as well as Ministry of Finance in advising them on complex issues. Srini loves food, music and is a fitness enthusiast.

Sachin Janghel has 11 years of games and interactive application development experience on various mobile, online, social networking platformAs Chief Technology Officer, Sachin is responsible for all the technology behind the GOQii Ecosystem. He is a technologist with broad experience in several fields, PC-online, mobile, embedded, Network, System, Platform and software development and various other technologies.

Sachin has led many development projects and large team of game developers as Technology Director of IndiaGames Ltd, India's no. 1 gaming company, which was later acquired by Disney UTV.

As Director of Interactive TV of Disney UTV, Sachin focused on building business and technologies for Interactive TV platforms like Satellite, Digital Cable, HITS and IPTV.

He enjoys exploring new technologies and loves playing video games. Sachin is a football and hockey player and has represented his home state in national level sport tournaments.

Kendra Markle designs technology to make healthy behavior change mostly for behavior-based health problems. Jon Binder has more than 20 years of marketing and business development experience in the health, fitness and technology industries. He works with early-stage companies in the digital health space to develop and execute product and marketing strategies. Jon has held a number of leadership roles including WellnessFX, a digital health tracking and consulting service where he launched their first consumer offering; and TRX, where he built and led the e-commerce, media, digital marketing and business development teams helping it become one of the fastest growing fitness companies in the U.S. Jon has a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Bala Deshpande is the Senior Managing Director of New Enterprise Associates (India) Pvt. Ltd (NEA India) based in Mumbai and responsible for creating and building the NEA India platform. She serves on the board of several NEA portfolio companies such as Financial Software and Services, GOQii Inc, Nova Medical, IndiaWorld Technologies, Panacea Medical, etc. Prior to this, she was Senior Director of Investments at ICICI Venture where she had been since 2000. At ICICI Venture, she used her operational experience to identify opportunities for investment and to play a key role in shaping the future of investee companies. During her tenure at ICICI Venture, she was a Director on the boards of several companies including Future Retail, Nagarjuna Construction, TechProcess Solutions, Info Edge etc, and continues to serve on the board of Future Retail and Info Edge as Independent Director. Her private equity experience has seen the full cycle from nurturing young companies to executing multiple exits including IPO’s, buy-backs, strategic sales, and capital market divestments. Prior to ICICI Venture, she worked with leading multinational companies such as Bestfoods, Cadburys, and ICI. She has a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Jamnalal Bajaj, Mumbai.

Pravin Gandhi has over 40 years of operational and entrepreneurial & investment experience in the IT industry in India, having promoted Hinditron in 1972 and Digital India in 1988. With over 15 years of investing experience, he is extensively networked in the Indian investment and entrepreneurial scene and is an active early stage equity investor.

Pravin holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and serves on the board of several private corporations in India. Pravin is a former President of the Manufacturers Association of Information Technology (an IT manufacturers association in India) and was formerly a member of the NASSCOM Executive Council. He was the President TiE Mumbai as well Global Trustee of TiE. He also serves on SINE, the IIT (Bombay) incubator.

Amit brings more than 20 years of invaluable consumer and business expertise to the GOQii board and will help guide its expansion into new global markets, the first of which will be the U.S. Amit is widely respected in the tech industry for the groundbreaking advancements he made during his time at Google and other companies.

Amit’s 15 year career at Google began when he rewrote the search engine’s ‘ranking algorithm’, helping engineer the formulas that decide how web pages respond to user input. He led a team responsible for creating Google Search as well as the core search quality department. Prior to Google, Amit worked at AT&T Labs, where he conducted extensive research in IR and database programming. Amit is a highly cited researcher, with his work being published numerous times in distinguished journals. Amit is widely-recognized in the industry as a pioneer and for his research.
